Wellhead servicing specialist Well-Centric has been shortlisted in the Great Small Company Award category at this year’s SPE Aberdeen Offshore Achievement Awards.
Dyce-based Well-Centric is one of four companies to be named as finalists in the category, with the winner due to be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday, March 17, at the Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre.
The Great Small Company Award recognises excellence in the performance of companies with fewer than 50 employees in the offshore energy sector.
Judges are seeking evidence of the company’s development to date, including successful creation and growth; clear strategic direction; strong product / service differentiation; as well as clear evidence of plans for the future success and growth of the company, within the UK and internationally.
Well-Centric Chief Executive Officer, Chris Mawtus, said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted in the Great Small Company Award at the Offshore Achievement Awards. At the heart of every great company are great people, clear vision, driving ambition and a total focus on the needs of its customers.
“At Well-Centric, we continually demonstrate these qualities and take pride in being a great company to be part of – and to do business with. Regardless of what happens on the night, we’re pleased to receive such industry recognition for Well-Centric’s achievements to date.”
